Inspired by a museum aesthetic, this 54th floor condo occupies a striking spot in an
800-foot tall, 72-story skyscraper in Lower Manhattan, developed by Extell Development
Company on the site of a former grocery store.

Our goal was to strike a harmonious balance between femininity and masculinity. A
conservative approach to displays throughout the space reflected our client’s
minimalistic desires. We focused on highlighting the southeast-facing windows, offering
stunning views of the East River, Brooklyn, and Lower Manhattan skylines.

To add personality, we juxtaposed a navy velvet deep-set sofa against a Mediterranean
olive backdrop, complemented by Brooklyn toile wallpaper in the guest bath, creating an
independent edge within the sleek space. Here’s to those who seek commonplace living
quarters for an outrageously extravagant life.
