This one-bedroom condo project on the third floor of a new construction building in West
Bayside achieved remarkable speed and cost-efficiency, completing in just four days
from inception to client move-in. We’re proud to have contributed to one of Portland’s
pioneering modern-style buildings, featuring 54 condos and offering incredible amenities
to a forward-thinking populace. In this condo, we integrated vintage charm with
contemporary appeal, paying homage to the city’s rich history and progressive
community. All items were sourced locally and in-stock, because, well… that’s how we
do it when we only have four days.
